QylexIT has multiple opportunities available for entry and senior level SQA and/or Testing Analysts for permanent placement. We are looking for someone that would be available within a two to four week notice of receiving an offer. This position offers a very competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to function within the Information Solutions Department of a large financial institution, testing a variety of software applications and systems.
Examples of Duties

Performing specified test cases & clearly documenting results

Writing specified test cases and scripts Assisting test and development personnel, diagnosing prototype design flaws

Tracking testing metrics

Assisting in the creation of policies and procedures regarding testing and mobility
Desired Skills
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Good written communication skills

Possess some software testing experience or formal training
-
Experience in server-side SQA and/or development engineering experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills

Highly driven, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated and very flexible

Knowledge of software development a plus

Test engineer certification a plus
